THIS IS ME
Born on September 7 1973 raised in Hulst Tessenderlo. I started my musical career when I was 8 years old.
Studied music theory with Guido Knops for 5 years.
Started playing percussion/drums at the age of 9. I studied for 10 odd years with Aloïs Verbeeck at the music academy in Tessenderlo.

I joined the youth band Crescendo at the age of 10 where I played for 10 years. We played a lot of international concerts (Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, ...)
After a couple of years, I joined the parent orchestra Koninklijke Harmonie Sint-Lutgardis. We regularly participated in contests both national and international.

In 2001 I joined The CreditCards, a local cover band playing the lesser-known classics.
In 2011 I joined The Suspenders, an ambiance cover band playing all sorts of covers. See the Videos section to find to some videos of this band. The band stopped in 2016.
In 2014 I joined a tribute band of the Belgian band The Scabs: LiveDogs. The band stopped in 2023.
In 2020 I joined Speech-Less, an allround party coverband. I left the band in 2024.
In 2023 I joined Battle of the Seventies. We are playing 70's rock covers.
In 2023 I started Atlanta Kings. We play Southern Rock (Atlanta region rock), Blackberry Smoke, Georgia Satellites and The Black Crowes, ...

I own a Roland SPD-SX which I use for loops and samples.
I'm using a Soundcraft mixer for my personal mixing (Monitoring, sampler, click, ...)

I'm playing Vic Firth 5A wooden tip sticks.
